ADJOURNED: Treeman Richard Pennicuik too ill to attend court to face charge of obstructing the City of Gosnells. Source: PerthNow
"TREEMAN" Richard Pennicuik was absent from court through illness today as the saga surrounding a Thornlie eucalyptus tree continues.
Mr Pennicuik was due to appear in the Armadale Magistrate's court this morning on a charge of obstructing the City of Gosnells following his 108 day protest that began in December last year.
But Mr Pennicuik's advisor, James Dean, said the 57 year-old was resting at home with a "serious" illness and had provided a Medical Certificate to the court.
The case was adjourned to May 25.
