    Resource projects, strong government infrastructure spending and commercial building activity have sparked renewed leasing demand for workspace in WA’s industrial property market.
    The demand has pulled the market out of a three-year downturn that was marked by weak demand for workshops and warehouse facilities, according to Colliers International.

    Armed robbery investigations find more stealing offences

    POLICE have charged a man following armed robberies at two service stations and a string of stealing offences in Perth’s south-east.
    The charges follow investigations into an armed robbery at an Armadale service station on June 13 and again in Belmont on June 16.
    It is alleged in both instances the 42-year-old was armed with a knife and threatened staff while demanding cash.

A family friendly event, there will be activities for the kids and a well earned cuppa and sausage sizzle for volunteers. Come and join us for the whole event, or even just an hour.     Can you lend a hand for National Tree Day? 
    Natural areas surrounding Mills Park in Beckenham will be the focus for this year’s National Tree Day, with 15,000 native seedlings ready for planting.
    The City’s Mayor Glenn Dewhurst is encouraging people of all ages, to come along, get their hands dirty and do something positive for our local environment on Sunday 28 July, between 9am and noon.
