Ten Eyewitness News Perth: "Police have confirmed they are conducting an inquiry into a suspicious item found in Thornlie , a member of the public reported a suspicious-looking item on the footpath on Berehaven
Avenue and Murdoch Road. The scene was cordoned off and bomb technicians used a robot to x-ray the item which they then dismantled and rendered safe, with no explosive substance identified"
