Kenwick resident Terry Brown has been elected as the new Ward Councillor for Bickley until 17 October 2009.
Cr Brown was voted to the position by postal ballot at the 14 August extraordinary election, which was held to find a replacement for former Councillor John Henderson who resigned in April for health reasons.
