"The Rotary Club of Thornlie having made a donation of $16,000 to establish a fund in memory of Mrs Helen Hosking for the purpose of providing a scholarship to be called The Rotary Club of Thornlie Helen Hosking Memorial Vacation Scholarship in Biochemistry, the fund is established and the scholarship is administered in accordance with the following regulations."
