"The City of Gosnells Youth Advisory council is a group of community minded young people aged 13 -22, who get together to plan youth inspired and youth driven events and activities.
The YAC plays a major role in events such as Gozzy Rock, School Holiday Programs, Right Track Dance parties, Youth Leadership Camps and other community events. The YAC meets weekly at SoundLab @ Amherst Youth Centre to plan these and other events they decide on.
Long term GOZYAC member Cheviena Hansen won the Participate! Commisioner for Children and Young People Award at this year’s WA Youth Awards."
