Bickley always seems to be heavily contested, Canning Vale and Gosnells both had vacant seats, and the standing member in the Gosnells Ward did not nominate, so that Ward effectively has two vacant seats, and it seems that out two councilors that vacated their seats a few months ago are having another go!
