Seaforth Hoons
Yes the laws for hoons works, NOT!
Yes this is a dead end road in Seaforth but obviously frequented by hoons, easily visible from Albany Highway and prob "known" to the police, but you can see this on many of our streets, and hear them most nights, within the City of Gosnells, most people won't bother to report hoons because you fear for your own safety, the only answer is more visible police, or give these hoons somewhere to go, a controlled environment, or increase the tax on tyres that might work - NOT!
