Waste being food or animal matter (including dead animals or animal parts), or unstable or untreated biosolids. This waste is able to be readily decomposed by microbial action and, during the process of such decomposition, often creates offensive odors. Those components of the waste stream likely to become putrid. They will be receiving general household rubbish from the wheelie bins.
